BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — Four nonprofit organizations in Bergen County are major recipients of nearly $621,000 in grant funding from the Provident Bank Foundation for the first grant cycle of the year, the foundation said.
Grants range from $5,000 up to and including $25,000 to provide flexible funding to 43 nonprofits across New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. Each recipient is involved in a program, project or initiative that addresses one or more of the foundation's priority areas of community enrichment, education and health, and youth and families.
The list of Bergen County recipients includes: Center For Hope and Safety, in Rochelle Park; Greater Bergen Community Action, in Hackensack; Jewish Family & Children's Services of Northern New Jersey, in Teaneck; and Women's Rights Information Center, in Englewood. CLICK HERE TO READ MORE
